just bounce back bro…
everyone falls. the one who gets up faster wins.
To be honest, I have no idea what I’m gonna write about.
The last few days were not so good for me. I was not at my best. I wasn’t doing the things I was supposed to do, and I felt really bad about that. I started scrolling, watching porn, and doing all the stupid stuff. I needed to get back on track, but I wasn’t motivated to do anything.
But I knew one thing, if I just sweat it out by doing something physical, my brain chemistry changes and I can get out of the mood I’m in. So I pushed myself to go for a run.
It was 1 PM. It was extremely hot outside. Just think about it — who goes for a run at 1 PM? I did.
I put on my socks, grabbed my shoes, went down from my apartment, found a shaded spot, and started running.
After running continuously for about 10 minutes, my entire mood shifted. I felt like I was back. I came home, took a shower, and started journaling.
I had bounced back from the rut.
So here’s the lesson: if you’ve fallen back into your old routine and are struggling to get back — just go for a run. Sweat it out.
If you just lie in bed and scroll, nothing is going to change. Falling is inevitable. Everyone falls. How fast you bounce back is what matters most. The person who bounces back from a fall the quickest always wins.
So bounce back.
